The crew was exceptional. I would rate them as 9 out of 10 (I rarely give 10). The customer service, professionalism and how they took care of things was exceptional. They were attentive to details and very considerate. The driver Hatem and Mike were both above exceptional. They truly embody what customer service, quality servicing and attention to details is all about. They treated my belongs as if these were their own and took care of things.
